1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website or services of Al Sinan International Private Limited ("Al Sinan Int'l", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, candidates, and users of our services.

2. Services Provided

Al Sinan International provides the following HR and recruitment services:

• Executive Search and Headhunting
• Permanent and Contract Staffing Solutions
• HR Consulting and Advisory Services
• Overseas and International Recruitment
• Talent Management and Workforce Planning

All services are subject to a separate engagement agreement or service contract between Al Sinan Int'l and the respective client or candidate.

3. Client Obligations

Clients engaging Al Sinan Int'l for recruitment services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the role, responsibilities, and requirements.
• Not approach, hire, or engage any candidate introduced by Al Sinan Int'l without our knowledge or payment of agreed fees.
• Provide timely feedback on submitted candidates to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information shared by Al Sinan Int'l.
• Notify Al Sinan Int'l immediately if a candidate is hired in any capacity within 12 months of introduction.

4. Candidate Obligations

Candidates registered with Al Sinan Int'l agree to:

• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information in their profiles and applications.
• Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or credentials at any point during the recruitment process.
• Inform Al Sinan Int'l of any change in employment status, availability, or career interests.
• Not share confidential information about prospective employers obtained through Al Sinan Int'l.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for our recruitment and HR services are agreed upon separately in writing before commencement of services. Key terms include:

• Fees are payable upon successful placement of a candidate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Fees are non-refundable after the guarantee period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Late payments may attract interest as per applicable law.
• Al Sinan Int'l reserves the right to revise its fee structure with prior written notice to clients.

6. Guarantee Period

Al Sinan International provides a replacement guarantee for each successful placement. The guarantee period and conditions are as follows:

• The standard guarantee period is agreed upon in the service contract (typically 30–90 days from the candidate's start date).
• If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated for performance reasons within the guarantee period, Al Sinan Int'l will provide one free replacement search.
• The guarantee does not apply if the candidate is terminated due to redundancy, organizational changes, or reasons beyond the candidate's control.
• The guarantee is void if the client has not fulfilled their payment obligations.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to all information shared during the recruitment process. Al Sinan Int'l will:

• Not disclose candidate information to third parties without consent.
• Not share client business information or requirements with competitors.
• Handle all personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Al Sinan Int'l website and in our service deliverables — including methodologies, reports, and assessments — remain the exclusive property of Al Sinan International Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such material without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Al Sinan International shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss suffered by a client due to a placed candidate's performance or misconduct after the guarantee period.
• Any misrepresentation by a candidate that was not reasonably detectable during screening.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services or website.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific assignment in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

Al Sinan International reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
